His particular strength in business advisory lies in his ability to understand leadership and team issues, provide support in building strong teams and in helping develop and implement strategy for building business growth.

It was a rewarding experience for I and my husband when we worked with Doug. We started of in a very difficult place because we were on the brink of divorce and there were several hurdles to get over. His re-asuring manner and patience helped us identify the areas to work on.
